Wilmington-based Thomas Construction Group is pleased to announce that several new employees have joined the team. 

KYLE BROOKS joins the Thomas team as a Senior Estimator, having gained experience over the course of the past 10 years estimating jobs ranging from $2million to over $50million in value. Hailing from Utah with a degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University, Kyle has lead estimates on office buildings, warehouses, medical office buildings, mixed-use facilities, and multi-family projects. As an Estimator, Kyle will play a vital role in Thomas Construction Group’s Preconstruction department.   

KRAMER JOYCE is Thomas’ newest Superintendent. After graduating from Pitt Community College with a degree in Building Construction Technology, Kramer went to work for a large contractor out of Raleigh. With his field experience and first-hand knowledge, Kramer will be responsible for assisting the on-site team with subcontractor management, meeting milestones, cost management, client communication and overall project safety.  

Thomas is happy to welcome JAKE CONNOR into our Accounting department. While working towards his undergraduate and graduate degree from University of North Carolina Wilmington, Jake interned at DHS in Raleigh and pursued his CPA license. As a Project Accountant, Jake will be responsible for working with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain project costs.
