Keith Flanagan joins the Thomas team as a project superintendent with more than 16 years of construction experience. Previously, Keith has supervised major medical center, commercial, and industrial projects for a large North Carolina general contractor. With a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University, Keith is currently serving as the Lead Superintendent for nCino’s new headquarters expansion in Wilmington, NC.

nCino, Inc., an industry leader in cloud-based banking, is undergoing a strategic expansion for their local headquarters facility in Wilmington. The first phase of the project is currently underway – a new 42,000 SF, five story, 642-space precast parking deck. The second phase, a new 90,000 SF office building has also started. Added project features include interior and exterior renovations to nCino’s existing facility and other on-site amenities.
