Autumn Hall Building Two is a 27,853SF, two-story building in the Autumn Hall community, near Wrightsville Beach, NC. In addition to the core + shell, Thomas was responsible for four separate tenant upfits within the mixed-use space. These upfits include new office space for: Bill Clark Homes, Raymond James, SEPI Engineering & Construction, Inc., and Union Bank.
