Thomas Construction Group is currently in a Preconstruction Agreement for Caleb’s Creek Town Center, A mixed-use development with approx. 118 townhomes, 900 apartments and 20,000SF of retail & leasing office space on a 40-acre site in Kernersville, NC.  Construction is expected to begin in 2023.
