Thomas has entered into a Preconstruction Agreement and will construct a new Amenity Park for Ocean Ridge Plantation.  The new facilities will include  an approx. 10,000SF building and a pool in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The building will consist of event space, service kitchen, meeting rooms, conference floor, offices, pickleball courts, and a zero-entry outdoor pool and pool deck.
