Thomas has entered into a Preconstruction Agreement with Bella Vista Development in partnership with Craig Davis Properties for a mixed-use development consisting of a 298 residential units,  retail and private amenities, approximately 15,000 square feet of commercial space and a parking deck on S. College Road in Wilmington, NC. Construction is expected to begin in 2023.
